Wow, I've got NO excuse for taking this long to get a new page up... well okay I got a couple @.@ Coming back form my vacation I had A LOOOOT of things that had to take priority.. and I still do honestly! But this needed to get up too so eh. Second, as you can tell there's a lot of new assets including that first panel that I will probably only ever use the one time here and MAYBE in an animation later...? But yah... all that detail for a glorified homage to more landmarks in my hometown in real life while also continuing the winks and nots to the real life inspiration of Serenet City.

Alas... now we can continue with the last 3rd of Chap 7 which is gonna set up a lot of things that'll forever push the direction of the comic's plot... even though we may not see the fruits of this shift for a bit, know that this is really where the change occurs.

Good to be back though, enjoy gang!

Only thing I know is that it contains a capture net or something inside. This capture net is can be applied to objects other than a pokeball such as a the nets bug trainers have.

Modifiers + Eggs = Genetic engeniring!!
So,if modifiers are ilegal it means that genetic engeniring is ilegal in the pokemon world or in this region?

@Dragon Reshiram: Well to ab extent you can argue it kind of already exists with the way that Pokeballs and stuff work, safety regulations are already in place to protect them when it comes to that kinda tech, but Modifiers cross this fine line
