Author's Comments:

...well here it is..., its been over 70 pages, but we're finally here and dear god am I satisfied with how this turned out @.@

Something you guys will noticed as this comic continues... Silver's Pokemon don't stay un-evolved for long, I basically want to get to the next stage ASAP.. mainly cause of cooler fights and the fact I want my team to be reflected on the page sooner but this saga of both Sapphire and Athena have really made me appreciate Pokemon in story telling when they're at their smaller scale, Sapphire as a Feebas really was a badass and I was definitely taking the "Bold" nature seriously, lol but.. oh boy @.@ She deserved this awesome sequence.

Also, page 40? Good god, I... I'd apologize but this story NEEDED to be this long lol... ah well, 10 more to go! ...I better work on the script for Chap 7 so I can start without

...and I don't care if she was facing Silver when she finished evolving and lands with her back turned, just assume she turned around mid air! lol

So I know you use MS paint to design your sprites, but I'm curious what you use for the comic pages themselves. I've been working on a comic of my own just for kicks and have been using a software program called Gimp to do it. Just curious what you've been using.

@Sapphirian Waterclaw: I use Paint to set up the panels, draw the sprites themselves and add dialogue and stage 1 sound effects. Most of the the I'll also align sprites, provided I don't need to tilt them or anything.

When tilting or special scaling is required I use Arc-Soft...i KNOW i could use GIMP but Arc-soft is actually a lot easier and quicker... i just can't save with it so I do the good ol copy and paste trick. Most of my effects are done there..again, its just easier for me

GIMP I use for the sound effect outlines, and gradient effects, plus the odd moment whenever I need to add a transparency

Thanks! I'd imagine it's a lot easier but I downloaded it for free so whatever. You're majorly my inspiration for coming up with the comic I'm doing so if you want I could forward you the png copies! Love this comic by the way.
